Our Cup Bottom Paper Roll is specially developed for the bottom forming of cold drink paper cups. Made from high-quality paperboard with a grammage of 200–350 gsm, it features double-sided PE coating to provide excellent water resistance, moisture resistance, and leak protection. The material is suitable for cups used for iced coffee, soft drinks, fruit juice, milk tea, smoothies, and other cold beverages.
During production, the paper is first selected according to the required grammage and cup application. A food-grade PE layer is then coated onto both sides of the paper to improve moisture resistance and sealing performance. After coating, the material is processed into rolls with different widths according to the OZ size and bottom dimensions of the customer's cups.
